🔹 Grievance Process
If you have a concern, please follow the steps below to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
1. Talk with the People Involved
Start by addressing the issue directly with the individuals involved.

Aim for mutual understanding

Identify any miscommunication

Try to resolve the matter informally
2. Contact Your Child’s Advisor
If the issue is not resolved:

Reach out to your child’s advisor for support

Explain the situation clearly

Request assistance in resolving the concern
3. Submit a Formal Complaint
Still unresolved?

Submit a written complaint to your school, either in person or by email
4. Receive a Written Response
Within 10 school days of receiving your complaint, the school will provide a written response including:

Investigation findings
-
Legal conclusions
-
Planned next steps
-
Your right to appeal
5. Appeal to the District
If you are not satisfied with the school’s response:
